蘇菲·貝琳達·強納斯，婚前名為蘇菲·貝琳達·特納（英語：Sophie Belinda Turner），是一名英國演員。成名於HBO奇幻電視劇《冰與火之歌：權力遊戲》（2011年–現在），在劇中飾演珊莎·史塔克。2016年在《X戰警：天啟》飾演年輕版琴·葛雷。一些外國網民認為特納長得很像年輕時的喬治男孩。

蘇菲·貝琳達·特納（Sophie Belinda Turner）出生於英國北安普頓，二歲時搬至華威，三歲開始參加當地的兒童劇團Playbox Theatre Company。她十三歲時得到第一個影視角色，飾演影集《冰與火之歌：權力遊戲》中的珊莎·史塔克。

特納出演第一部電影為《另一個我》，飾演一名在家庭學校壓力下，驚覺周遭可能有另一個「我」出現的青少年。2013年她拍攝了兩部電影：《另一個我》、《The Thirteenth Tale》（電視電影）。
